Vintage Hills Cooperative Retirement at Prairie Trail opened in May of 2013 and is an innovative concept in senior housing for active seniors 50+. Vintage Hills is a thoughtfully designed cooperative community offering active independent seniors an affordable alternative to home ownership. An expansion of Vintage Hills Senior Living was added in 2014 along Magazine Road, expanding the campus and adding independent living space to the cooperative.
