QA Graphics will become an anchor tenant for the first office building in Vintage Business Park at the Prairie Trail development in Ankeny, the property’s developer, DRA Properties LC, announced. The Ankeny-based technology company will occupy 6,200 square feet of the 15,000-square-foot office building now under construction. The Ankeny City Council has approved a $20,000 forgivable loan to the company, which pledged to maintain at least 15 full-time employees at the location during the next five years.
