The 2008 Home Show Expo, held in June, marked the 22nd annual Home Show Expo. The Home Show Expo showcased 11 beautiful homes in the Prairie Trail development. In addition to the homes, homebuilders worked to finish Precedence Park to complete the look of the Prairie Trail community. The 2008 Home Show Expo was the first public revealing of Prairie Trail. It was a outstanding opportunity to introduce Prairie Trail and share more about what is still to come.
There were a number of homebuilders showcased in the 2008 HomeShowExpo including: Brezina Homes, Character Homes, Denton Homes of Waukee, K & V Homes, Kimberley Development, Marquis Builders, Shayla, Tyler Homes, and Village Classic Homes. The 11 homes on display were a variety of styles and priced for every budget. The Home Show Expo’s Best of Show Award was given to Denton Homes of Waukee, which featured a 4,370 square feet Arts & Crafts home, priced at $874,900.
