Precedence Park, a 3.16 acre park, will be a passive park providing meandering lawn with both natural and gardenesque landscaping. This park provides a more passive experience to its sister park, Dean Park. The natural landscape will also help bring both visual and physical connection to Chautauqua Park to the south. This park is highlighted by a unique shelter and surrounding rose garden making for an attractive park amenity. On the east side of the park will be an 8 ft. wide trail providing access from the north to Chautauqua Park.
