Dean Park is a 1.26 acre park that will provide both active and passive recreational opportunities. This park will have flexible open space separated by a large pavilion with picnic tables, grills and other amenities for family gatherings. Next to the shelter will be an accessible playground with a poured in-place surface. A plaza for extended gathering will also enhance the interior of the park. Included as part of this plaza is 1/2 court basketball.
Dean Park – is a 1.26 acre mini park that was designed to serve the immediate surrounding neighborhood. This park has two open spaces that are meant to provide greater flexibility to park users. The shelter was designed in a manner that provides the greatest adaptability for
any use.
