Matt Owen has been in the commercial and residential construction industry for the past 10 years and has been building custom residential homes for the past six years. His current projects in Prairie Trail include two ranch homes geared to the “empty nester” market. “These are midsize homes with extra-nice touches in the $250,000 to $300,000 range,” he says. “They’ll have wide doorways and open plans, features that empty nesters are looking for.”
