Building at Prairie Trail has been a dream fulfilled for Dallenbach & Larson. Steve Dallenbach, known for fine custom homes, has been building in central Iowa for nearly 20 years. His name on a project stands for high-quality design and detail. John Larson, known for his selection of high-quality subcontractors, began building custom homes in 2003.
“There’s a lot of latitude for homes built at Prairie Trail. The idea of focusing on four styles also speaks to the quality of material used in the homes,” says Dallenbach.
Working together, Dallenbach and Larson treat each project as an art form, and they emphasize a strong commitment to communication with their clients. They see that as the primary key to a successful project. It’s not surprising that the single-family homes they build fit beautifully on large lots with wide streets and wonderful views.
“This Traditional Neighborhood Design is based on a highly successful concept displayed in many national communities. We are sure to see more of it in Iowa and around the Midwest,” says Dallenbach.
He points out that rising transportation costs and security issues mean families want parks and entertainment venues close to home. Prairie Trail provides those amenities.
On the Garden association homes fit nicely on slightly smaller lots and have three or four bedrooms. There are three available plans, all with two stories, that start in the $275,000 range. Each will be planned with great views and proximity to neighborhood parks.
